End User License Agreement (EULA). dazepixel is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These Terms of Service supplement that agreement; if they conflict, Apple's standard EULA governs.

01Using dazepixel使用 dazepixel
dazepixel is a focus companion that turns time spent concentrating into experience, gentle scenes, and collectible cosmetics. You agree to use it for personal, lawful purposes only.
dazepixel 是一款专注陪伴应用，把你专注的时间转化为经验、温柔的场景和可收集的装扮。你同意仅将其用于个人、合法的用途。
02Your account你的账号
Your account is anonymous and tied to your device/install. You are responsible for activity under it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to tamper with it.
你的账号是匿名的，与你的设备/安装绑定。你需对其下的活动负责。对于滥用或试图破坏服务的账号，我们可暂停其使用。
03Virtual items & currency虚拟道具与货币
Coins, gacha pulls, equipment and other in-app items are a license to use digital content within dazepixel. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash or anything of real-world value. We may adjust, expire, or remove virtual items as the app evolves.
金币、抽卡、装备及其他应用内道具，是在 dazepixel 内使用数字内容的许可。它们不具有货币价值，不属于你的财产，且不可兑现、转让，或换取现金及任何现实价值之物。随着应用迭代，我们可能调整、过期或移除虚拟道具。
04Health & focus disclaimer健康与专注免责
Focus and gaze detection are approximate and for motivational purposes only. dazepixel is not a medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic device and should not be relied on as one. Please rest your eyes, take breaks, and stop if you feel discomfort.

05Intellectual property知识产权
The app, its artwork, scenes, and design are owned by dazepixel and protected by law. Please don’t copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app except where permitted by law.

06“As is” & liability「按现状」与责任限制
dazepixel is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
