End User License Agreement (EULA). PixelFocus is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These Terms of Service supplement that agreement; if they conflict, Apple's standard EULA governs.

In plain words. PixelFocus helps you spend focused time and rewards you with playful, cosmetic-only items. Those coins and outfits are just for fun — they have no real-world value. The app is a companion, not a medical device.

01Using PixelFocus使用专注像素
PixelFocus is a focus companion that turns time spent concentrating into experience, gentle scenes, and collectible cosmetics. You agree to use it for personal, lawful purposes only.
专注像素是一款专注陪伴应用，把你专注的时间转化为经验、温柔的场景和可收集的装扮。你同意仅将其用于个人、合法的用途。
02Your account你的账号
Your account is anonymous and tied to your device/install. You are responsible for activity under it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to tamper with it.
你的账号是匿名的，与你的设备/安装绑定。你需对其下的活动负责。对于滥用或试图破坏服务的账号，我们可暂停其使用。
03Virtual items & currency虚拟道具与货币
Coins, gacha pulls, equipment and other in-app items are a license to use digital content within dazepixel. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash or anything of real-world value. We may adjust, expire, or remove virtual items as the app evolves.
金币、抽卡、装备及其他应用内道具，是在专注像素内使用数字内容的许可。它们不具有货币价值，不属于你的财产，且不可兑现、转让，或换取现金及任何现实价值之物。随着应用迭代，我们可能调整、过期或移除虚拟道具。
04Billing, cancellation & refunds计费、取消与退款
The macOS VIBE app is free to download and offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions: USD $5.99 per month or the current early-bird annual price of USD $12.99 (regularly USD $24.99). The price, currency, tax and billing period shown at checkout are final. An invitation code may grant one seven-day trial. This invitation trial does not require payment and does not renew automatically.

You can use the subscription controls made available with your purchase, or contact support@dazepixel.com for help managing it. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund, chargeback or applicable rule requires earlier termination. Refund eligibility and timing are governed by the terms shown at checkout and applicable law. PixelFocus does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

The iOS app is free to download and its basic features can be used without a purchase. It may offer an optional membership. Current Mainland China reference prices are ¥38 monthly, ¥148 yearly, and ¥168 for lifetime access; the price and currency shown by the App Store at checkout are final. We do not sell coins or random draws for real money.
iOS 应用可免费下载，基础功能无需付费即可使用，并提供可选会员。当前中国大陆地区参考价格为 ¥38/月、¥148/年和 ¥168/终身；实际购买价格与币种以 App Store 结算页显示为准。我们不以真实货币出售金币或随机抽取机会。
Apple processes App Store payments and subscription renewals. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not itself refund a completed charge. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; eligibility, timing and the final decision are governed by Apple’s rules and applicable law. PixelFocus does not receive your full payment-card details and cannot approve an App Store refund on Apple’s behalf.
App Store 付款与订阅续费由 Apple 处理。你可以在 Apple 账号设置中管理或取消订阅；取消会阻止后续续费，但不会自动退还已经完成的扣款。App Store 购买的退款申请需前往 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 提交；是否符合退款条件、处理时限和最终结果，以 Apple 规则及适用法律为准。专注像素不会获取你的完整银行卡信息，也无法代替 Apple 批准 App Store 退款。
05Health & focus disclaimer健康与专注免责
Focus and gaze detection are approximate and for motivational purposes only. PixelFocus is not a medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic device and should not be relied on as one. Please rest your eyes, take breaks, and stop if you feel discomfort.
专注与注视检测仅为近似估算，用于激励目的。专注像素不是医疗、诊断或治疗设备，不应被当作此类设备依赖。请注意休息眼睛、适时暂停，若感到不适请停止使用。
06Intellectual property知识产权
The app, its artwork, scenes, and design are owned by PixelFocus and protected by law. Please don’t copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the app except where permitted by law.
应用本身及其美术、场景与设计归专注像素所有，受法律保护。除法律允许外，请勿复制、转售或逆向工程本应用。
07“As is” & liability「按现状」与责任限制
PixelFocus is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
专注像素按「现状」提供，不附带任何形式的保证。在法律允许的范围内，对于因使用本应用而产生的间接或附带损失，我们不承担责任。
08Changes条款变更
We may update these terms as PixelFocus grows. Material changes will be reflected by the date above; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
